In this video, motivational speaker Kevin Kelly says “Why do we need to talk about this? At the end of the day what your story is, screams at me without opening your mouth and you gotta make sure that your story is on the money. So I want to share a study that was done first at Harvard Business School. They showed students a 10 second video, and asked students to rate the professor on 15 different criteria. 85% were able to assess the speaker based on 15 different criteria on a 10 second silent video. Investigating further, they decided to show a 5 second silent video to a different group and again ask them to assess the professor based on 15 different criteria.

Gavan Hennigan: “Well, I was working for 10 years as a commercial diver all around the world. I was working for the last few years in the North Seafor a big company. I was kind of in a secure place within a job which is very hard and had a pension and a savings plan, a lot of investments and stuff like that. But the price of oil dropped there and we were made redundant and I suppose that led to my decision. There was always a niggling thing about me that things were a little bit too safe for me.”
