Born in Brooklyn, New York, Daryll graduated from Tuskegee University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and earned his MBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business. He also holds a certification from MIT's Sloan School of Management in Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy.
Daryll’s professional experience includes operations leadership roles at GE and M&M Mars, and executive positions as Plant Manager for Pepsi and Vice President of Manufacturing for DIAGEO Wine & Spirits. In these roles, he has consistently driven performance improvements, led strategic change initiatives, and delivered exceptional results in Manufacturing, Distribution, and Supply Chain Operations.
Currently, Daryll is a Managing Partner at DKB Industries LLC, where he has helped build a robust book of business supporting lower middle-market and privately held operations companies. He focuses on improving operations by reducing costs, increasing productivity, and training and coaching leaders to adopt a lean mindset.
