Technology has come a long way, and it's moving quickly. For a time Analytics reigned king in the hype cycle, and Advanced Analytics, and Data Science, and Machine Learning, then AI, and Generative AI. One thing still holds true, the future of Business Strategy is to integrate the best tools.

The aim here is to provide some thought starters and thought leadership for modern business strategy that integrates AI, Analytics, and whatever is yet to come. Some important aspects to consider:

  • Market trends shift and sway, knowing where the market is at and how to strategically position oneself, a company, and Analytics tools will always be helpful

  • Sudden leaps in technology implementation can lead to bumps in the road, some implementations are better done with gradual transitions, while others can be plug and play
